“Pre-approved” exterior colors
for siding, trim, and front doors
For your convenience, and to simplify and expedite the approval process, a set of “pre-approved” paint colors is now available.
Simply select from this list and note your choice when submitting the application. If the selection is not like an adjacent home, your application should be approved. However, you still must wait until you receive approval before beginning any work.
You may continue to submit custom colors. Approval will be at the discretion of the Architectural Review Committee.
